Tall Pauls Oysters is situated in the beautiful Clyde River at Batemans Bay.

Paul, his wife Sharon and son Mitchell have been farming oysters for only four years now, and are enjoying learning from experience, mistakes and some of the other farmers in the river who have been farming for three generations.

At the moment The Dept. of Fisheries only permits farmers in the Clyde River to grow Sydney Rock Oysters and just as well because they are the tastiest Oysters in Austalia!

The Sydney Rock Oyster only grows on the east coast of Australia and their slow maturation (three to four years) is due to the cooler water than up north and this contributes to the concentrated flavour of Clyde River Oysters.

Combined with one of the cleanest rivers in Austraia, this gives you the tastiest natural wonder in the south.
