Our pizzas are individually hand made from the best quality ingredients and then vacuum sealed to retain freshness. We produce a traditional Italian thin crispy crust pizza base with minimal topping and maximum flavour. Pizzas can be frozen but should be fully defrosted before cooking to ensure a crispy base. Cook on the middle rack of a pre-heated 200C degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or for an even better result in a portable pizza oven.
Caramelised Onion and Ham Pizza – caramelized onion with sliced ham, roasted red capsicum, sliced black olives, crumbled fetta cheese and finished with a sprinkling of shredded mozzarella.
Tomato & Basil Pizza (V)– a traditional margheurita pizza topped with fresh sliced roma tomato, bocconcini cheese and fresh basil finished with a sprinkling of shredded mozzarella.
Pepperoni – Spicy Italian salami with fetta cheese, rocket pesto & chargrilled red capsicum then topped with a sprinkling of shredded mozzarella.
Smoked salmon - a light covering of sour cream topped with lots of delicious smoked salmon, spanish onion, fresh dill and a spinkling of mozzarella cheese.
We also have a range of gourmet Italian food items including beef lasagne, spinach and ricotta canneloni, tiramisu, chocolate mousse, mango cheesecake and much more. All made fresh from the best quality ingredients.
Meat Lovers - ground minced beef, bacon and cabanossi with a touch of barnecue sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Pizza Bases - try our plain pizza bases and top them at home with your favourite ingredients.
