Nestled in the bustling community of Victoria Street Darlinghurst.
Infinity Sourdough Bakery lives up to its long-standing and widespread reputation for producing delicious sourdough bread and pastries to our wide and varied clientele and community.Mounir Ayad, Infinity’s head baker and heart and soul, has provided his local community with their daily bread for over a decade. His attention to detail, dedication and patience ensures that each batch of sourdough is pure perfection, unadulterated by artificial flavors and preservatives.
We rely on premium and certified organic produce from local suppliers, using Stone Ground certified organic
flour from New South Wales, Murray River Fine Inland Salt and extra virgin blend olive oil, also from rural NSW.
Our sourdough originates from a lovely Parisian bakery by the name of Poilane. And as the sourdough process
involves taking a small part of the dough from each batch and using it in the next day’s process, each loaf of Infinity sourdough includes a small part of the initial ‘mother’ dough from Paris.
At Infinity, care, passion and dedication to the best are our driving forces, and these three things manifest themselves in the delivery of simple but delicious bread wares for our customers.
